My wonderful friend, Kylie, made these loom videos (part 1 & part 2) on how to zoom. Finding ways to stay connected when we have to stay apart, is so incredibly hard. Getting on zoom to connect with your parents, your kids if they're not with you, your grandchildren, your friends, is an incredible opportunity, and one I'm relishing. It is so easy to get isolated when you're self-isolating, so watch the loom of the zoom and get connecting with the people you love the most.
Kylie wouldn't like me to say but she's a total hero and an inspiration. Years ago, she and her family had their life turned upside down and one day I hope she shares her story. For now, you might like to learn more about Kylie and her business at Hello Media. She's running free webinars on how to pivot your business in these unprecedented times. You can be part of these. They're open to anyone.
It can really shift your mindset to think about people who have overcome adversity. Do you have someone in your life who inspires you or are you the guiding light? Join me on Instagram, where I share snippets of my podcasts, podcasts I've found, listened to and loved, divorce and separation tips, and moments of inspiration ... largely by way of pics of the beach where I live. Byron Bay. The ocean heals everything!
I want to be part of the #globalkindess movement, so if you need to talk through some of the issues you are now facing regarding separation, divorce or trying to get back on track. Send me a message.
Looms of zooms, so you can stay in touch.
